The new book, The HyperLocal, HyperFast Real Estate Agent, tells how Lesniak, an Arlington, VA based real estate agent in the DC area, started his career and rose to become one of the top agents in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country, all in his freshman year.

Lesniak started in real estate in 2012 after a successful career as a Naval Submarine Officer and a Defense Contractor.  In his first year, he closed over $22 million in sales, a feat matched by only a small fraction of agents, regardless of experience.
