Top Professionals Give Expert Advice on Women’s Health and Wellness: The Unique Challenges Middle Aged Women Face & How to Make Them Your Best Years, the new multi-author book from Lisa Williams and Dr. Glenda Clare will debut on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 during National Women’s Health & Fitness Week. The timing fits nicely with the overall theme of the book, which is women’s health and wellness. Each of the book’s chapters features a different expert who will speak to a specific topic of importance to women’s health.

Marketing specialist Lisa Williams and behavioral health specialist Dr. Glenda Clare will make their new book, Top Professionals Give Expert Advice on Womens Health and Wellness: The Unique Challenges Middle Aged Women Face & How to Make Them Your Best Years available to readers on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 for pre-order. The book is a multi-author publication that will feature several experts in the field of women’s health and wellness.
