Tia Bailey, founder of Connecting with Homeowners & Managing their Properties, has signed a book deal with Smart Hustle Agency & Publishing. Bailey has been chosen as the lead author in the upcoming book Short Stay All-Stars, which is scheduled to be published in the first quarter of 2020. Short Stay All-Stars is one of the books in the A Message in a Bottle book series, which is has been called the new Chicken Soup for the Soul.
In her chapter, Bailey will discuss the opportunity homeowners have to create additional income by listing their home, a room, mother-in-law apartment, or guest house as a short-term rental. Bailey is a host of over 20 properties in the Seattle area, a thriving community and home to major tech corporations such as Amazon, Costco, Microsoft, Starbucks, Boeing, and many more.
Bailey was selected as lead author because of her long-standing superhost status on Airbnb and her impeccable guest satisfaction rating. She has maintained a 4.9 satisfaction rate to date, hosting over 400 guests. Bailey will lead the charge alongside other Airbnb Superhosts & short-term rental superstars that will be featured in the upcoming anthology.
Short Stay All-Stars is a collaborative book project that will share the growing opportunity and advantage of listing a property as a short-term rental or vacation home. The contributors will also share the many benefits of hosting guests over renting properties to long-term tenants.
Smart Hustle Agency & Publishing has pledged 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book to be donated to a non-profit organization they are finalizing.
