Daphna Levy, the author of Picking Right: The Single’s Guide to Finding the Right Match, has expanded her book with three new chapters and is launching its second edition on Kindle. Picking Right has been credited with helping many examine their choices of partners and find true love. The new edition now offers even more help for those who wish to “marry right.”
Picking Right provides tools about how to choose the right match, build and preserve a strong relationship. According to a 2012 U.S. Census Bureau survey, 41% of first marriages end in divorce as well as 60% of second marriages and 73% of third marriages. Therefore, there is a great need for insight to help those in the early stages of choosing a partner and beginning a relationship.
According to the author, many people struggle with relationship problems that stand in the way of their success in careers and all areas of life. “Relationship issues provide distractions,” says Levy, “which prevent people from focusing on their goals.” Although the original edition of Picking Right reportedly helped many people, others wrote Levy stating that they kept repeating the same mistakes and choosing the wrong partners for a second or third time, despite the insight they had gained from the book.
In an effort to provide even more information on making healthy relationship choices, Levy added three bonus chapters, including tips that she calls “extra help for being ruthless” in choosing the right partner. “I hope that these new chapters will speak to those who have been involved in bad relationships in the past and are now looking for a better way to find true love,” says Levy.
Reader Pamela Cáceres-Dicso, who benefited from the information in the book, wrote this to the author: “I was in a wrong relationship, on and off. I knew it was wrong. The book just confirmed it. But it also gave me hope because I always believed that my true partner was out there somewhere! Your book made it easier for me to see what I wanted and what I was looking for and be certain about it. It’s a must-read book for anyone so they don’t get trapped in the wrong relationships.” Using the information in the book, Cáceres-Dicso later met and married her true love, with whom she is building a lasting relationship.
