Geoff Ables is presenting a case study of a successful field sales force transformation at the Quarterly Dynamics 365 CRMUG Meeting in Arlington, Virginia on August 15.

Geoff Ables, C5 Insight Managing Partner, will be a featured speaker at CRMUG’s quarterly meeting in Arlington Virginia on August 15, 2018. He will be presenting a case study demonstrating a successful transformation of the field sales team at Silver Oak Cellars through improved employee engagement and supported by the use of Dynamics 365.

Ables will be describing how the Silver Oak Cellars sales management team created a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement by focusing on engaging with their sales team, identifying measurable leading metrics that are influencers of business results, and giving the team a voice in identifying opportunities to innovate. The metrics selected were 100% within individual control, were easy to understand, and can be measured weekly. New technology tools were implemented to track metrics and make critical information more visible to the sales management team. Ables will elaborate on how weekly meetings were organized to review metrics and trends and to plan for continuous improvement, and the vital role that culture played in the process. He will also discuss a number of key lessons learned that any organization can use to improve engagement and performance.

The meeting will conclude with a tasting of featured TWOMEY Cellars’ wines, part of the Silver Oak family of wines.
