Geoff Ables to Speak at High Five Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina

C5 Insight’s Geoff Ables has been selected to speak at the High Five Conference scheduled for February 26-28, 2018 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Geoff Ables, C5 Insight Managing Partner, will be speaking at the High Five Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina. His presentation is titled, “Deadly Sins of Customer Experience: Why So Many Companies Get It Wrong.” Ables will discuss why so many established companies are struggling with digital transformation of customer engagement processes and are falling behind upstart organizations. He will elaborate on the future of work, customer relationships and why technology, by itself, is not a magic bullet.

High Five Conference is an annual event for marketing and creative professionals organized by AMA Triangle, the Raleigh area affiliate of the American Marketing Association. The conference is scheduled for February 26-28, 2018 at the Raleigh Sheraton Hotel in downtown Raleigh.
