Lana Bell was named as one of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents for 2017.
Presented by REAL Trends, Inc., this prestigious award each year ranks real estate agents in America by their overall production and issues a list of the top agents.
Lana Bell stands out in the the Miami luxury real estate market as one of Miami’s top luxury brokers and a top agent for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. With her success she was named the head of the Sunny Isles branch. She is consistently ranking No. 1 in condo sales for the Miami-Dade and Broward markets. As a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, she works with luxury buyers and property investors.
According to REAL Trends, nominees are selected based on overall production. To even be considered in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 75 transactions or $95 million in closed sales volume in the previous year.
