Marketing specialist Lisa Williams and behavioral health specialist Dr. Glenda Clare will make their new book, Top Professionals Give Expert Advice on Women’s Health and Wellness: The Unique Challenges Middle Aged Women Face & How to Make Them Your Best Years available to readers on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 for pre-order. The book is a multi-author publication that will feature several experts in the field of women’s health and wellness. Williams and Clare are co-authors, and they are joined in the effort by the following contributing authors: Chief Empowerment Officer Michelle McCullar of Arcadia, California; Life and Business Coach Lauren Paparone of Wake Forest, North Carolina; Certified Health Coach Dana Alsop of Lafayette, Louisiana; Health Coach Julia Begg of Orlando, Florida; Yoga Therapist Martha Catz of Smithfield, North Carolina; Authenticity Coach Norma Hollis of Los Angeles, California; Health and Wellness Coach Roslyn Francois of Santa Monica, California; and Spiritual Strategist Tashion Macon of Los Angeles, California. Each contributing author will be featured in a different chapter of the book, and each will offer their expertise and advice on a topic that is both relevant to their past work and important to readers interested in women’s health and wellness. The chapters will feature help for middle aged women who find themselves saying, “I’m at a Crossroad, I’m Stuck! Help Me Please, Where Do I Go from Here? How do I Preserve and Protect my Health?” and much more.
The book will be facilitated by Williams and Clare, and published by Williams’ company Authority Book Consulting, LP. The duo conducted an extensive search for top experts, and chose a group of women who bring expert advice and unique perspectives to the book project. According to Williams, “Dr. Clare and I are so excited to publish this very important book, and to shed light on the issues that are most important to women when it comes to their health and well-being, especially challenges that arise around the middle aged years.” Dr. Clare added, “Throughout my career, I have talked to women of all walks of life, and almost all have expressed their desire to live a more authentic life. Often though, they have difficulty finding the right information and the best advice. This book is the answer they have been looking for.”
Williams and Clare chose September 30, 2015 as the date for their pre-order because it lands during Women’s Health & Fitness week, Williams said. “The goal of Women’s Health & Fitness Day is to promote health for women of all ages and to encourage women to take control of their health, and that was our goal as well with our book, so there is no more perfect time for us to introduce this book to the public.” Women’s Health & Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health event for women, with over 500 groups from around the U.S. and an estimated 50,000 to 75,000 women of all ages participating in local events.
