PROGRAM 15, the premier baseball player development and training system announced Jamie Timms has been selected to open the Northern California PROGRAM 15 - New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series Regional Training Center.

PROGRAM 15, the Official Global Grassroots Player Identification and Development Program for New Balance Baseball has announced the December 1st Grand Opening of their Northern California Regional Training Center.

Located in Rancho Cordova, CA, the NorCal Training Center will be available to teams and individual baseball players of all ages and skill levels.  The almost 15,000 square feet facility is equipped with seven batting cages, two tee cages along with areas for strength and conditioning and fielding development.

As an official  PROGRAM 15 Regional Training Center, the structure and philosophy are based on the highly innovative baseball player development system created and used by PROGRAM 15 at their National Training Center in Texas as well as at the New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series international combines and events.

The NorCal facility will offer personalized instruction, small group fundamental clinics and advanced position specific workshops as well as exclusive monthly onsite player development sessions attended by members of PROGRAM 15’s National Staff of former professional players, coaches, scouts and Major League veterans.

Owner of the NorCal Training Center, Jamie Timms, a seasoned and highly respected entrepreneur with a passion for baseball and an eye for opportunity learned about PROGRAM 15 through former MLB Scout and childhood friend, Butch Baccala, who also happens to be the VP of Scouting for PROGRAM 15.

Timms said, “Both my boys play baseball and I absolutely love the game.  What I saw in PROGRAM 15 was the opportunity to achieve my goal of helping a lot of kids.  Not just in developing the physical skills to play the game of baseball, but to help every kid reach their full potential and give them an opportunity to further their higher education through baseball, whether it be a Junior College or D1 University.  That focus and dedication is exactly what I saw in PROGRAM 15. The more I saw the success of the program and the players, the more I wanted to be part of that organization.”

PROGRAM 15 Founder, CEO and President of Baseball Operations for The New Balance Baseball Future Stars Series, Jeremy Booth says, “Jamie is driven to help players and take the next step toward maximum results in player growth. He’s entrenched in the community and interested in unifying the region for the youth and this group will work exceptionally well with our regional director, Rob Bruno of NorCal baseball.”

The PROGRAM 15 NorCal Regional Training Center, located at 11347 Folsom Blvd. Suite A,B,D, Rancho Cordova, CA. 95742, is scheduled to open December 1st.
