MESA, AZ , Sept. 7, 2026 – WBEC-West is proud to announce the induction of Lorraine Bergman, President and CEO of Caliente Construction, Inc., into the Milestones to Millions, recognizing her exceptional achievements as a business leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for Arizona’s construction industry.
Bergman will be formally recognized during the WBEC-West Milestones to Millions Luncheon on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the PERA Club in Tempe, Arizona.
The Milestones to Millions recognition celebrates women business owners who have achieved significant business growth while demonstrating the leadership, resilience, and vision required to build sustainable enterprises and create lasting impact within their industries and communities.
A Legacy of Leadership and Growth
Lorraine Bergman is a transformational leader whose vision, advocacy, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on Arizona’s construction industry.
As co-founder of Caliente Construction, Inc., Bergman joined the company full time in 2000 and became President and CEO in 2005. Under her leadership, Caliente has experienced remarkable growth, increasing revenue more than elevenfold and earning recognition as one of Arizona’s top commercial general contractors and leading woman-owned businesses.
Founded in 1991, Caliente Construction provides award-winning construction services across the commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. Bergman’s leadership has helped establish a company culture centered on safety, quality, excellence, and long-term client relationships.
Her impact extends well beyond Caliente Construction. Bergman has served as Past President of the Arizona Builders Alliance and has held leadership roles with the Association of General Contractors and numerous other industry and community organizations.
A passionate advocate for workforce development, education, and women in construction, Bergman has also co-founded organizations and leadership initiatives designed to create opportunities, develop future leaders, and strengthen the construction industry.
Her accomplishments and numerous honors reflect a career dedicated not only to building a successful company, but also to mentoring others, creating opportunities, and strengthening the communities Caliente serves.
Hear Directly from Lorraine Bergman
The Milestones to Millions Luncheon will give attendees the opportunity to hear directly from Bergman as she shares insights from her entrepreneurial journey, the decisions that helped drive Caliente Construction’s growth, lessons learned through scaling a successful company, and her perspective on leadership and long-term business success.
The luncheon is designed to bring together women business owners, corporate leaders, and business advocates for an afternoon focused on growth, connection, inspiration, and meaningful relationships.
“Lorraine Bergman represents exactly what Milestones to Millions is designed to celebrate—a woman business owner who has built an extraordinary company while using her leadership and influence to create opportunities for others,” said Dr. Pamela Williamson, President & CEO of WBEC-West. “Her journey demonstrates what is possible when vision, perseverance, leadership, and a commitment to community come together. We are honored to recognize Lorraine and give other women business owners the opportunity to learn directly from her experience.”
