Chad T. Collins, President of 5-Star Publishing confirmed they have officially launched a nationwide search for top industry professionals to be featured in the upcoming book, “Lemonade Stand Time Machine: Business Lessons I Wish I Knew When I Was Younger”.
Explaining the search process, Collins said, “This is an important book for us, so we’ll be reaching out to a select group of professionals we feel are true advocates for the success of Generation Z youth, while at the same time committed to spread the word about a great organization like Lemonade Day.
5-Star Publishing has pledged 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book to be donated to Lemonade Day, a charity to teach youth about entrepreneurship.
Scheduled for a winter release, “Lemonade Stand Time Machine: Business Lessons I Wish I Knew When I Was Younger” will spotlight each of the professionals selected from this search, sharing their insights and real world experience on those important lessons in business that unfortunately were not taught in school but should have.
Collins said, “This book isn’t just about business lessons . The top industry professionals we select are passionate about helping youth entrepreneurs. They will answer the most common questions and bust the myths and misconceptions that so many people have about what it takes to be successful in business. They will cover examples they learned from their first youth business, how to handle failure, success mindset, changing careers, personal development, and a lot of other information that is rarely talked about.”
Collins went on to describe the book as, “… a powerful resource for both youth and adult professionals who want to be successful in business, no matter where they are at in life.”
With several industry leaders expressing interest in participating, 5-Star Publishing is expected to make an announcement revealing the final selections by Thanksgiving 2016.
However, Collins asserted, “One of the reasons we launched this search is because we didn’t want to go the route of filling this book with the stereotypical ‘experts’. This search would be unnecessary if that was the case.
We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, for both Lemonade Day and the people we select to feature in the book, so we really want to showcase those top industry professionals who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share that experience to benefit a great cause and the success of youth entrepreneurs. That’s what will make this a win win project.”
