Austin, TX based credit repair company Credit 360 Consulting is launching a new initiative to assist individuals stuck in a lease or rental situation the opportunity to become home owners through a new Home Buyers Club Program.

 

“Today we are proud to announce that we are officially launching our latest endeavor: “Credit Confidence Home Buyers Club” says President and co-founder Marco Salinas. “This new program will be focused on targeting the hard working consumer who belongs in a home of their own but has been unable to achieve their dream of home ownership due to unforeseen circumstances related to their credit reports in the past.”

 

The Credit Confidence Home Buyers Program will allow succeeding “graduates” the opportunity to purchase a home after credit repair with all credit repair fees reimbursed by participating partners as well as the opportunity to receive up to $5000 in their pockets at or after closing from contributions from Realtors, Lenders, and Home Builders participating in the program. 

 

“The goal here is to help people get into brand new homes offered by partnering Home Builders in their local areas with little to no money down and real money in their pockets to use towards home upgrades inside the home or out” says Salinas. “We want people to feel like their hard work has finally been rewarded and the that their patience has truly paid off”. 

 

The program will be initially offered to the Austin and San Antonio markets with plans for expansion into other major cities in Texas in the future.
