Frank Felker, Founder and President of Digital Media Positioning, confirmed today that he has moved his Old Town Alexandria-based digital marketing and advertising agency to larger quarters at 950 N Washington Street. The move was precipitated by the closing of Capitol Post, his firm’s previous home in Old Town.
“While I had not intended to relocate, I could not be more happy about becoming a part of the Novel Coworking community in Alexandria,” stated Felker. “The building is first-class and the amenities are excellent.”
Featuring plentiful free, on-street parking, blazing fast Internet access, and located within walking distance of the Braddock Road Metro Station, 950 N Washington is a prime commercial property in Old Town Alexandria’s north end.
The lobby of the building features the logos of all the tenant companies, along with a searchable digital directory where visitors can notify the member they are visiting of their arrival on site. Other amenities include a second-floor lounge with widescreen televisions, and a third-floor kitchen area featuring unlimited fresh-ground coffee, teas, and the occasional happy hour beer bash.
The Novel business community includes companies from every conceivable industry, ranging from mental health therapists to government contractors, and bookkeepers to food manufacturers.
“The level of entrepreneurial spirit and energy is palpable in this building,” Felker commented. “Digital Media Positioning is very blessed to be a part of it.”
