Wellness Coach Su Orosa to appear on “The Toxic People Detox” Podcast

Orosa discusses childhood experiences that lead to self-sabotage, fear of success, symptoms of self-sabotage, and techniques to deal with anxiety.  

Host Dr. Shayla D. Williams of The Toxic People Detox podcast announces her next guest Su Orosa.  Su Orosa is a mental health and wellness coach, who gives women the tools they need to manage their inner critic and put a stop to self-sabotaging behaviors. Providing her clients with a compassionate, safe space to really open up, Su encourages introspection and helps her clients to start living the lives they were always meant to live.

The episode focuses on topics surrounding self-sabotage and anxiety.  Orosa discusses childhood experiences that lead to self-sabotage, fear of success, symptoms of self-sabotage, and techniques to deal with anxiety.  

Specifically, Orosa also addresses dealing with anxiety for those who are still in lockdown.  She states that when helping clients, “I show them how to [deal with anxiety] through guided visualizations and also EFT, which is stands for emotional freedom techniques.”

Orosa also states, “Unless we start looking at how we think and how we perceive the world and ourselves, then …we’re kind of living unconsciously.”
