She is also past president of Ohio Real Estate Investors (OREIA), and is currently serving as local president of Toledo REIA. Toledo Real Estate Investors Assn is a nonprofit educational association that educates investors and entrepreneurs to earn the Ohio & National Professional Housing Provider status.
Anna has been a realtor in Ohio & Michigan for 38+ years.
Anna holds top designations in VIP Relocation, Investor Specialist, Property Tax Reduction, and Court Appraisals. She has received the Ruby Award more than once for a great mix of educating buyers, sellers and investors on getting results.
Early in her career, she became a builder and an investor and started acquiring properties (no money down). She currently holds 12 professional real estate & contractors licenses including the skill trades of plumbing, heating, electrical contractor, lead paint supervisor & contractor.
