Founder of the Champion Program and the Champion Army War College, Victor Bell Jr. was the featured guest on Influencers Radio show sharing how is background and unique strategies allow him to take elite business owners going through a down period, back to to greatness.

Victor Bell, Jr., the founder of the Champion Program and the Champion Army War College, was the featured guest on Influencers Radio with Jack Mize. He shared the interesting and unique experiences which have shaped who he is. He uses this background to help successful people overcome the pressures and challenges they must go through to reach an elite level of success.

Just like George Foreman came back to win the world heavyweight title at the age of 45, Bell says the same is possible for entrepreneurs and CEO’s that were once on top of the world, but have “fallen” from greatness.

Bell works with primarily men, including MMA fighters, elite Special Forces, Athletes, CEOs and entrepreneurs. These people from such diverse backgrounds are already good at what they do. Bell helps them do the things that are required to move into that elite position.

Bell believes that the Universe doesn’t give out participation trophies.

According to Bell, “I understand that the common dogma out there is to do your best and things will kind of work out for you, or you’re predestined. I just don’t believe that. I believe that everyone does have an ability to go out there and be successful and win.

At the same time, if you’re thinking that it’s going to fall on your lap, I totally beg to differ. I think that there are certain things that successful people do internally, constantly, that continue to help them climb. Just because you showed up doesn’t mean that you’re going to be successful. You’re going to have to put in the work.”

Bell believes in accountability and that people should accept responsibility for where they are and the circumstances they’re in. Being accountable allows someone to make changes in what they do and course correct as needed. It’s also important to be able to deal with being uncomfortable and doing things that are uncomfortable to move beyond that.

Bell shares, “You always need to be preparing or in some level of preparing for where you are going to go next. And that does take a level of overcoming a pretty high level of discomfort, even if you are totally successful. Going to the next level of any phase of where you are now, there’s going to be some area of growth. And if you’re not about the next campaign, if you’re not constantly preparing for where you’re going to go, you aren’t going to grow. Period. It stops there with you.”

Bell empowers his clients to set a level of discipline personally, mentally and physically. This prepares them to deal with whatever fears or resistance they may encounter and become a conqueror, an elite player.

One of the many things Bell excels at is extracting new and unique strategies from his background which his clients can use to stand out from their crowded niches. He helps his clients win the war of success. He comes from experience, not theory, and is the choice for those who want to be one of the elites.
