The Blarney Stone Pub as a restaurant and bar has continued to grow into the thriving Pike Place Market’s art, restaurant, and music scene. This year after a neighboring business became vacant, Martha Fletcher – the Blarney Stone’s owner and manager – saw an opportunity to adopt a new look, a new menu, and double the Pub’s size. The Blarney Stone Pub renovation includes more seating including an event space, a larger menu, expanded staff to handle more customers, and more big-screen TVs.

Martha Fletcher, stated “We feel we have a great establishment  here at our downtown Seattle restaurant, offering exceptional food, fantastic staff, and an authentic Irish Pub menu.  We are delighted in the current economic climate to be in a position to upgrade the restaurant and our brand to expand our commitment to bring the Seattle community great Irish food, drinks & beer in an authentic Irish Pub atmosphere. Both Seattleites and visitors love our restaurant.”

Blarney Stone Pub restaurant opens for service at 11:30 PM and closes at 2 AM every day. This Pike Place Market treasure also offers free Wi-Fi, an outdoor patio, a modern jukebox, and a 13 Big-Screen TVs featuring a number of sporting events,  including European soccer.

Martha also adds  “We have always placed a high value on offering our guests the best, most enjoyable experience possible. This is a natural evolution of our already outstanding restaurant.” “With this expansion, we are making a strong commitment to further stimulate the social atmosphere in Seattle’s Pike Place Market and Downtown community.”
