Chicago, IL Restaurant industry and human resources expert, Carrie Luxem was recognized as a Remarkable Expert by a popular Chicago radio show called “Remarkable Radio.” The program chooses noteworthy Experts, People, Places, and Things from around the globe and in your town to showcase for their audiences. Luxem appeared as a guest on the show to talk a little bit about the restaurant business and her personal philosophy on running a successful business. Luxem has worked in the restaurant industry since she was 15 years old, learning the ins and out of what customers respond to and what personality types can make a service-oriented business even more successful. Luxem’s ardent and enthusiastic support for Potbelly Sandwich Works helped this national chain grow from 3 locations to over 220 within a single decade.
