The dental team at Fort Worth Family and Cosmetic Dentistry (FWCFD) completed The 3D Edentulous Course with recognized dental researcher Dr. Tarun Agarwal. The two-day seminar, which took place in Raleigh, NC on June 10-11, gave the team at FWCFD the knowledge to leverage the technology already in their offices in a new way, allowing the dentists to perform same-day implant procedures. The time-saving technique can be completed in approximately half the appointment time of a traditional implant service, but with increased predictability.
“We always strive to make it easier for our patients to receive the best dental care. This training will make the implant procedure a lot more comfortable for our patients and it was important for us to complete it,” Dr. Nikki Green, founder of FWCFD, comments.“In Fort Worth, the implant procedure is being done by a few dental offices, but as far as we know, we are the first to use this new guided technique” Dr. Green adds.

An active learner who completes hundreds of hours of continuing education each year, the Texas A&M alumnae completed the Frank Spear Mastery Continuum, an institute known for advanced dental implant study.
