(Phoenix, AZ)  Dr. Steve Broe, executive coach, speaker, and published author announced that he will be giving a presentation entitled ” The Powerful Project Manager” at the July 19th meeting of the Phoenix chapter of the Project Management Institute at 6pm at the Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.   

“As advances in technology and methods of communication continue to change the way business grows in the twenty-first century, the value of leadership rises.” Dr Broe said in a statement, ” We need our leaders and experts to innovate and create an impact.  The growth of enterprise depends on internal experts to use their knowledge and power to seize opportunities before competitors can claim the intellectual property.” 

According to Dr. Broe, the problem is that many experts and potential leaders are silent.  Some people have a hidden talent that may be satisfied playing a quiet advisory role to their vocal counterparts. 

“It is time to add the impact created by knowledge-based leadership,” Dr. Broe was quoted, “You may have reserves of unrecognized leadership in your organization, talent that help your organization reach its goals faster and with greater financial impact.”

Dr. Broe has over 25 years of management experience in education, real estate, and private asset management. In 1995, he opened Arizona’s first Core Knowledge School chartered by the Arizona Department of Education. He  has won numerous awards for public speaking, and has instructed undergraduate and graduate programs since 2001 with the University of Phoenix and New England College. He has earned his doctorate in leadership from the University of Phoenix with his study of the leadership experiences of military veterans in Arizona schools.
