Entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker Robin Ayers recently hosted an important event in Los Angeles. On November 11, 2017, Ayers hosted her “Stay Winning Connection” event at the Dream Magic Studios in the San Fernando Valley. The “Stay Winning” event presented attendees with ideas of how to keep winning at whatever they might be doing. The event also featured a celebrity-studded panel.

According to Ayers, the “Stay Winning Connection” event is a way to help people who are on the verge of great things, overcome their fears and keep winning. She also mentioned that the event came just in time for National Entrepreneur Month, and offered valuable lessons for any budding entrepreneur. When talking about the event, Ayers said, “What I notice is a lot of my following are people who are ambitious, but also fearful. They’re ready to do something great in their lives but a lot of them are very fearful and it is totally something that I can understand. People often wonder why it seems like they are doing so much and it’s not happening. Fear is most often the reason it’s not happening and the ‘Stay Winning Connection’ event shows people how to muster the courage to overtake fear.”

The “Stay Winning Connection” event featured a panel of well known individuals who were on hand to share their stories of winning and answer questions. This panel included Laila Ali, Affion Crockett, Jennifer Freeman, Vanessa Simmons, Quincy Newell and Dustin Felder. Ali spoke about the importance of balance in life. Felder told the crowd that “fear is of the Devil” and talked about fear holding people back. Simmons revealed her acronym for fear, False Evidence Appearing Real. Freeman spoke about understanding why individuals do what they do, and Newell talked about leaving a legacy for family.

Ayers plans to take her “Stay Winning Connection” event to other cities in the near future. She will be in Chicago, Atlanta, and plans to also take her message of overcoming fear to South Africa. Ayers said, “The goal is just to make this really big and help give people the tools that they need, and hopefully the courage and the motivation that they need to jump in and stay winning.
