Glenda Clare, Ph.D., is the co-author of the soon-to-be released collaborative book with Lisa Williams. The book, which focuses on women’s health and wellness, will feature resources and expert advice from several professionals.

Behavioral health management consultant, Glenda Clare, Ph.D., of Durham, North Carolina, has signed on as lead co-author and contributing expert to the upcoming multi-author interview book, “Top Professionals Give Expert Advice on Women’s Health and Wellness: The Unique Challenges Middle Aged Women Face & How to Make Them Your Best Years.”

Glenda Clare, Ph.D., was approached to contribute to the book because of her experience in workforce development. She will offer her expert advice on “saving the superwoman.”

The book is a multi-author project and will be facilitated by media strategist Lisa Williams, and will be published by her company, Authority Book Consulting, LP. Williams chose Glenda Clare, Ph.D., as her lead co-author for this book project because of her unique experience in the fields of public health and behavioral health.

When announcing the addition of Glenda Clare, Ph.D., to the book project, Williams said, “I am thrilled to have Dr. Clare be part of this project. My goal is to write a book that will help women dramatically improve their lives by introducing them to professionals that have expertise and will offer advice on a variety of topics that are important to them. Dr. Clare is one of those experts.”

Glenda Clare, Ph.D., will contribute to the chapter titled, “The Superwoman Who Says, ‘Everything Is Good. I’m Fine; I’ve Just Got a Lot Going On.’”

Multi-author books have recently become very popular. Williams is leading the way in publishing this type of book, and in helping professionals to establish greater expertise and authority in their fields while, at the same time, providing an important resource for the reader.

The book will feature expert advice from multiple professionals, each of whom will speak about a different but relevant topic relating to what women go through. Their advice will help women to deal with and overcome any challenging experience so that they can move forward and lead balanced, healthy lives.

Williams will facilitate the book by interviewing her co-authors about their specific topics. Glenda Clare, Ph.D., had this to say about the project, “Being a part of this book is very important to me and near and dear to my heart. Women today face a variety of challenges and obstacles, and often what is keeping them from being their best selves is a lack of information and resources. Books like this are invaluable for women, and I am humbled to have my name attached to this one.”

The book will be released on Amazon.com in mid-December 2015.
