Fatima Omar Khamissa, President and CEO of Platinum Publishing confirmed they have officially launched a search for Toronto real estate professionals, to be featured in the upcoming book, “Property Trendsetters.”
Explaining the search process, Omar Khamissa said, “This is an important book for us, so we will be reaching out to a select group of real estate professionals we feel are true advocates for the success of future Toronto homeowners in the community, while at the same time committing to spread the word about a great organization like Nisa Homes.
Platinum Publishing has pledged 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book to be donated to a local charity in Toronto.
Scheduled for release in Spring 2020, “Property Trendsetters” will spotlight each of the real estate professionals selected from this search, sharing their insights and real world experience on revealing insider-secrets.
Omar Khamissa said, “The real estate professionals we select are passionate about helping Toronto homeowners and future homeowners. They will answer the most common questions and bust the myths and misconceptions so many people have about the real estate and property market in Toronto. “Property Trendsetters” will cover a lot information that is rarely talked about, such as insurance to protect you and your property, staging your home, buying, selling, and different types of mortgage loans.”
With several industry leaders expressing interest in participating, Platinum Publishing is expected to announce the final selections in the next 30 days.
However, Omar Khamissa asserted, “One of the reasons we launched this search is because we did not want to go the route of filling this book with the stereotypical ‘Experts.’ This search would be unnecessary if that was the case. We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, for both Nisa Homes and the people we select to feature in the book, so we really want to showcase those real estate professionals who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share that experience to benefit a great cause and the success of homeowners. That is what will make this a win, win win project.”
