Biediger’s road to the peak of the roofing industry began in 2008 when he decided to expand from his historical remodeling emphasis and launch a roofing business which focuses on insurance-based restorations for both residential and commercial buildings. He calculated that the best way to distinguish his company in such a competitive industry was to focus on providing uncompromising, quality service with a total emphasis on mutual trust and respect. “It is super difficult to achieve these levels on Angie’s List,” Biediger concluded. “A company has to receive so many A ratings from customers, respond within a set period of time, and follow-up on reviews. This may be considered innovative, but I think it is why we were able to achieve such high levels of customer approval in such a relatively short period of time.”
