“I’ve been involved with traditional media since the 1980s, but more and more I feel that the biggest areas for growth are in radio and podcasts. I just completed my 100th episode and it was very exciting. I’ve built several radio shows from the ground up and I love connecting people and learning about their lives. People today are on the go and they want their information in a portable format. I’m excited to interview business leaders, creative authors and candidates for office as part of my various radio shows. It never gets boring and I’m always learning about something new.”
Patzer also interviews creative professionals, authors, artists and thought leaders about their lives, art, books and businesses for Creativity Sparks Journal online radio show. Recently she’s been creating a series focusing on exploring the coloring book phenomena. Creativity Sparks Journal can be found on iTunes, Spreaker, Stitcher and YouTube.
Patzer launched a new radio show called VOTE in June 2016. Vote Radio Show is a non-partisan show to help voters learn about local candidates in their towns, cities and regions. Local candidates can be interviewed on VOTE Radio Show and share their stories with their voters and supporters in their hometowns. Tamara Patzer will interview candidates about themselves, the issues, their platforms and the What, When, Where, Why and How they will make a difference in their local communities. Candidates: To apply to be interviewed, go to: GuestVoteRadio@gmail.com.
Patzer says, “I’m very excited to launch my new radio show, VOTE. I think that it is more important than ever for local candidates for office to have a platform to educate voters on what they plan to do to help improve communities if they are elected to office. The small local campaigns often don’t have the budget for this type of opportunity to share their ideas and radio is unique because it can reach a wider audience at a lower cost than in person events.”
