Upon receiving the call for inclusion in the book, Campbell stated, “It’s an honor to be selected as a contributor to the Real Estate Game Changers book. Like the other contributors, I am passionate about my profession and about being able to help others learn from my experiences.” With that passion in mind, she recently began mentoring newer agents and is offering a coaching program to help agents start and run their real estate business. “Most real estate training focuses on sales, cold calling, and lead generation. That is just one activity. To be successful and earn the most income, you must know how to organize the business, create your LLC, learn about tax deductions, processes, systems, and tools. By creating a foundation structure on which to operate, an agent can then more successfully produce more revenue,” said Campbell.
As a REALTOR® she has won multiple awards including Washingtonian Top 99 Real Estate agents, Lifetime Top Producer, Zillow’s 5 Star Premier Agents, and RealtyTrac Top 5% Nationwide, just to name a few. She graduated as a GRI® from the Graduate Realtor Institute, which less than 27% of agents nationwide receive. She also was selected from a handful of agents to participate and graduate from the Maryland Assoc. of REALTOR® Leadership Academy. In addition, she has earned numerous designations from the National Association of REALTORS®.
“My goal is to work with buyers, or sellers, to help them achieve their dreams. By really listening to them with my heart, and not just my head, I am able to quickly connect with them on a personal level, which makes it easy for me to find them the perfect home. My job is to guide them through the process and manage their risk all while using superior negotiating skills that comes from my long-time approach to thinking outside the box, to create an offer that a seller will accept and then to work towards win/win steps,” says Campbell.
Ms. Campbell is available for speaking at sales meetings, associations, conferences, or for individual or small group mentoring.
