“A lot of consumers have not been educated on their heating and air conditioning system. That is a rare approach in our field. The consumer is use to when they have a problem, a person comes out and fixes the problem. They are not used to someone coming out and educating them on why they are having this problem and what is the prevention to help stop this from happening in the future.”
