Although it has long had a reputation for the roofing work it does in condominium communities, KPI2 Contractors is actually a multi-service company that also installs stucco, decking, windows, doors, gutters, and additions. “We’re growing our newest division, which works on single-family homes,” according to company vice president Darek Falkowski. “Our goal is to take the success we’ve had on the multi-family side and convey that to the single-family residential side. We want to build the same type of long-term relationships with those homeowners as well.”
