At 23 Mary-Anne was one of the youngest VP’s of Business Development for a large firm and was recognized by the Ottawa Citizen as a “young business woman to watch.” Mary-Anne left that career and opened her own real estate business, ranking as a top agent creating her own systems for success.
Seeing a need to support entrepreneurs in the competitive business world, she opened a coaching company. Mary-Anne created a training and coaching program for a major real-estate firm focusing on production and training for an office of 300. The program achieved the Highest Production Per Agent Award worldwide out of 80,000 agents leading the office to #1 Worldwide for production all the years she lead the training and coaching program. The 1st Canadian office to accomplish this & aided in over 80 new agents joining the company. To this day, it has never been accomplished in Canada again. Mary-Anne was honored to be nominated as “Business Woman of the year” for accomplishments as a trailblazer in the business community as well as charitable effort.
Mary-Anne was selected as the first coach to represent Canada with the #1 International Coaching Organization. She is known for her ability to bring a record breaking number of businesses to #1 in their fields through her high level of skills, drive, accountability and passion. Currently her company works with over 100 business owners with average profits of $1million and 50% annual growth rates. She is creating a mentorship program to those who can’t afford coaching in hopes to change more lives through giving back in the community. Mary-Anne has developed some of the most sought out coaching/business programs and is an expert in systemization, mindset and profiling. Recently she expanded her company to do leadership, mindset, and NLP Coaching to Pro Athletes, Banks, and top sales forces across the world.
Having been published over 7 times in Forbes, she was exclusively invited to be on Forbes Coaches Network and now speaks to groups of over 17,000 about building lives worth living and businesses worth owning.
Coaching is Mary-Anne’s passion, NLP Pracitioner, Certified DiSC Coach, EQ Coach, Co-Founder/Certified Coach John Maxwell, Land Mark Advance, Disney Leadership. In her free time you can find her running Marathons, surfing all over the world, spear fishing, scuba diving, hiking mountains and rescuing puppy mill dogs and looking for the best sunsets.
