Quiet Crusader Christine Sierra Love Predicts Empowerment For Introvert Entrepreneurs In 2020

Published on December 13, 2019

Christine Sierra Love, founder of Trinity Publications Group, predicts 2020 is the year of empowerment for quieter business owners; her book, Introvert's Re-Invention Roadmap: The Quiet Path To Power, Perspective & Profits, scheduled for a December 25, 2019 release is leading the charge.

“Let’s face it, introvert entrepreneurs have been wrongly stigmatized as less ambitious, less committed and less valuable in this new society that celebrates the extrovert ideal. As an introvert myself, this social expectation to ‘put myself out there, be seen everywhere, and come out of my shell,’ basically be someone I’m not, has caused me a great deal of pain,” says Love. “That’s why discovering Susan Cain and her Ted Talk back in 2017 made such an impact on me; she empowered me to experience myself in a new dynamic way …and now, two years later, I’m paying her gift to me forward. That’s why I wrote this new book, “Introvert’s Re-Invention Roadmap: The Quiet Path To Power, Perspective & Profits,” to help other introvert business owners leverage their quieter personality as an asset so they too can set the foundation for making 2020 the best year ever.”

The Introvert’s Re-Invention Roadmap is an alternative path for quieter business owners to grow their business in an authentic way so they can serve their home, business, and community without becoming a slave to their business or faking the extrovert ideal that’s not in alignment with their inherent strengths.

By design, Love grounded her new book in the theme of liberty from oppression; because opting out of societal norms that dis-empower is a vital step of her book’s roadmap. That’s one of the reasons 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book are being donated to the non-profit organization, Operation Underground Railroad.

In addition to the aforementioned Ted Talk, Susan Cain is the author of, “Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking,” and she speaks candidly about the oppression of introverts:

“Introversion — along with its cousins sensitivity, seriousness, and shyness — is now a second-class personality trait, somewhere between a disappointment and a pathology… Extroversion is an enormously appealing personality style, but we’ve turned it into an oppressive standard to which most of us feel we must conform.”

Love believes that “conforming” is crushing to the human spirit. If conformation is forced (and accepted), it puts the “conformer” at a disadvantage; and for introvert entrepreneurs the cost of conforming can be costly.

Operating from a diminished business position can weaken practically every tactic, strategy and opportunity because building a business under the limitations of societal belittlement can make the entrepreneurial journey more difficult, even for the most resilient introvert entrepreneur.

Love’s intention is for the “Introvert’s Re-Invention Roadmap: The Quiet Path To Power, Perspective & Profits” to be the alternative solution enterprising introverts leverage to business build on their own terms.

Look for the Introvert’s Re-Invention Roadmap: The Quiet Path To Power, Perspective & Profits to be available in digital and paperback editions through Amazon as well as most major online and offline bookstores and retailers on December 25, 2019.
