CRM Success Workshop will be held on November 7-8, 2017. Dynamics 365 Power User Bootcamp is scheduled for November 9, 2017. This is a day of hands-on training for sales process owners and “power users” that are considering a new project, upgrading to the latest version of Dynamics 365, or that simply wish to improve their skills. Participants will learn how write reports, charts, dashboards, analyze data in Excel and create sales/service/marketing process flows to track revenue generation efforts and deliver high-touch customer experiences. Digital Workplace, Intranet, and Business Transformation Roundtable is scheduled for January 23-24, 2018. This interactive workshop is for organizations that are starting, upgrading, or struggling with an intranet project. Participants will learn how to avoid the most common mistakes being made by other organizations; why success is driven more by people than technology; how to go beyond user adoption and build a solid plan for sustained team engagement; and how to create a digital workplace that encourages better lateral and vertical collaboration. Office 365 and SharePoint Power User Training Workshop is scheduled on January 25, 2018. This class is based on the SharePoint Online platform in Microsoft Office 365 and is designed for the site owner, or “power user,” who needs to know how to manage digital lists, libraries, sites, and pages. After completing this course, students will be able to manage and configure sites and navigation, themes, titles, descriptions, and icons; add users and groups; customize lists and libraries; work with site columns and site content types; configure content approval and versioning; create and modify pages and web part pages; and other aspects of managing an intranet using Office 365.
