Power Ranger Mike Chat Comes to BullyProof Phoenix

Mike Chaturantabut comes to Phoenix to teach leadership lessons and fight bullying.

Chaturantabut, or “Chat” for short, is best known for his role as the blue Power Ranger in Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue.

The BullyProof event is being hosted at USA Martial Arts & Kickboxing. Owner John Nottingham is also the founder of BullyProof Vest, a program designed to teach lessons of kindness and peace to kids and families in Phoenix.

“Self Defense and Being BullyProof is a leadership role,” says Nottingham. “We’re excited to bring Mike Chat to deliver this message of hope, self esteem and kindness to Phoenix kids. We’re proud to be partners in education and serve our community with fun, inspirational opportunities and peace education. This is a great fit to share tools from my BullyProof Vest book and program.”

At the free community workshop, every attendee will receive a Summer Safety and Bully Prevention Guide as a gift from USA Martial Arts. In addition, the workshop serves as a fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Arizona.

Mike Chaturantabut is an actor, martial arts practitioner, and seven-time world champion. The founder of Extreme Martial Arts, Chat has appeared in numerous television programs and movies. His students include Mike Moh, Taylor Lautner, as well as Jaden Smith.
